Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated COMSEC lead for the Raytheon Special Program environment in Tucson, AZ. The role oversees COMSEC accounts, policy establishment, and compliance while coordinating with government program personnel and engineers.

The candidate will manage training for the COMSEC team, ensure COSMEC directives compliance, and support multiple government contracts through gate processes and IPAP/KMP/BOE development.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years relevant work, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in Industrial Security, NISPOM and ICD 705 and COMSEC relevance.
• Experience with COMSEC compliance doctrine and references.

Responsibilities

• Oversee COMSEC accounts and compliance across a large area.
• Lead a small COMSEC team and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Collaborate with government program personnel and engineers on COMSEC requirements.
• Support multiple government contracts through gate processes and IPAP/KMP/BOE development.
