Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a cybersecurity professional for an onsite role. You will assess system compliance, conduct technical assessments, and help integrate new cybersecurity processes and tools.

Required: a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years related experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years), plus an active US security clearance on day one; U.S. citizenship is required. Familiarity with RMF, JSIG, NISPOM and related regulatory standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, IT, and compliance-based auditing.
• Familiarity with RMF, JSIG, NISPOM, and other regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring system compliance and auditing.
• Developing security plans and delivering IS security education.
• Reviewing and approving configuration management requests.
• Conducting technical and administrative assessments.
• Integrating new cybersecurity processes, procedures, and tools.
• Supporting the creation, review and update of cybersecurity documentation.

Education
