Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect clients across multiple industries, including healthcare and education. You will leverage our shift-pickup platform to view open shifts and build a schedule that fits your availability while gaining site experience.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, and assisting guests. Must be at least 18, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and be prepared for background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background investigation required by law; results considered per policy
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if armed)

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions and report hazards
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department when needed
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally
• Make emergency notifications as required by site Post Orders
