Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance, and other sectors. You’ll use our shift‑pickup platform to claim open shifts based on availability, building a diverse site experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Background check is required by law and company policy.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or customer vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 for armed position where applicable).
• Must be able to adapt to different posts and shifts with minimal notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and verify authorized access.
• Respond to alarms and contact authorities as needed.
• Document incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
