Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across various industries, using a shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits availability. You may work irregular shifts with little notice, gaining hands-on experience across multiple sites.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), a valid driver’s license if driving, and willingness to undergo background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized access.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or carrying forbidden articles.
• Monitor entrances and exits and permit authorized persons to enter property.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure compliant removals.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
