As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be expected to respond promptly to any security-related concerns, monitor access points, and utilize technology to support your duties. This position requires driving as part of your patrol responsibilities, so a valid driver's license in the job state is necessary. What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help maintain a secure environment within the logistics and distribution setting.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while performing patrol duties.
Remain alert to surroundings and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
