Job summary

Hydrolix is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Security to drive the data layer strategy for SecOps. You will explore customer needs, shape the roadmap for SIEM offload and augmentation, and identify required integrations to maximize value across MSSP partnerships and field execution.

You will work with engineering and GTM teams to turn market insights into clear product requirements and actionable plans, enabling faster security investigations and scalable data querying at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management, with security product focus preferred.
• Familiarity with how CISOs and SOCs evaluate tools and measure value.
• Experience with MSSP/MDR ecosystems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the security discovery process through customer interviews and competitive analysis.
• Define SIEM offload and augmentation motion and required integrations.
• Scope agentic SecOps opportunities and what data layer support is needed.
• Lead MSSP co-development partnership roadmap and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development and GTM teams to shape partnerships and messaging.
• Translate customer problems into concrete product requirements for engineering.
