Job summary

Hydrolix is seeking a product leader to shape the core data platform for a petabyte-scale analytics runtime. You will translate business priorities into a coherent platform roadmap and communicate platform capabilities across engineering, product, sales, and customer success.

You will collaborate with executives to drive reliability, scalability, and AI-enabled workflows, balancing technical depth with organizational clarity to accelerate customer value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management with data/platforms or analytics tooling.
• Technical foundation to discuss trade-offs around scope and sequencing with engineers.
• Experience delivering platform products in Enterprise SaaS or cloud data firms.
• Ability to write clear narratives showing how platform work impacts customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the core platform roadmap — reliability, scalability, authentication, and operator experience.
• Drive platform decisions to optimize key customer journeys and future product options.
• Drive investments in agentic readiness and AI workflows, including customer-facing support.
• Implement and iterate a cross-functional SDLC so Sales Engineering and Customer Success stay aligned.
• Make platform investments legible to the business with narratives connecting investments to outcomes and metrics.
• Define and track platform metrics like onboarding time and incident volume.
