Job summary

Logsign in the United States is seeking a Product Engineer (SIEM) to drive SIEM product ideas, analyze customer needs, and coordinate with engineering and security teams. The role will involve evaluating ROI, budgeting, deployment support, and leading Product Specialists. Strong English and agile teamwork are required.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of SIEM experience, a relevant engineering degree, and hands-on experience with product integration, REST APIs, and SIEM platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SIEM product experience.
• Bachelor in Computer/Software Engineering; Master is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH).
• Experience with product deployment and support.
• REST API knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Elastic Stack).
• Strong communication and English skills.
• Able to work in Agile teams.
• Portfolio of past projects required.
• Industry knowledge and market trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop SIEM ideas based on customer interests.
• Identify customer cybersecurity problems and propose solutions.
• Coordinate departments for solution approval.
• Perform market analysis on competing products.
• Analyze feasibility, cost and ROI for ideas.
• Support deployment for mass production of solutions.
• Plan budget requirements for projects.
• Lead and coordinate Product Specialists.
