Job summary

duvari group is seeking an Enterprise Security Product Manager to own the ART roadmap and program backlog for a high-visibility security team. You will guide PI Planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and partner with leadership to balance security, regulatory commitments, and business priorities.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum leadership, SAFe experience, and expertise in IAM, incident response, data security, and vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, product ownership, or program leadership.
• Strong Agile/Scrum leadership with SAFe experience preferred.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the ART roadmap and program backlog across ~50 people.
• Lead SAFe/Agile planning including PI Planning and sprint cycles.
• Prioritize work using WSJF, align with stakeholders and leadership.
• Create dashboards for roadmap progress, risks, and KPIs.
• Define features, acceptance criteria, and release readiness; coach PO backlog quality.
