Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. in Missouri is seeking an Enterprise Security Platform ART Product Manager to own the integrated roadmap for IAM, CSIR, data security, AI & application security, TVM, and network security. You will coordinate seven domains and drive PI Planning and program backlog sequencing.

The role requires partnering with domain owners, security leadership, and architects to translate strategy into a sequenced backlog, measure risk reduction, and continuously improve delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a program backlog and roadmap across multiple teams.
• Ability to sequence work using economic prioritization and communicate decisions clearly.
• Proven track record presenting roadmaps at large-scale planning events.

Responsibilities

• Own the ART roadmap and program backlog across seven security domains.
• Facilitate PI Planning, manage scope trade-offs, and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with security leadership, engineering, and audits to drive delivery.
