Job summary

Stifel seeks an Enterprise Security Platform ART Product Manager to own the integrated roadmap across IAM, CSIR, Data Security, AI & Security, TVM, Network Security and Enablement. You will translate security leadership direction into a sequenced program roadmap and manage the ART backlog, enabling timely planning cadences and cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a program backlog and roadmap across multiple teams.
• Ability to present roadmaps and facilitate scope trade-offs at large planning events.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and engineers.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret outcome metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the ART roadmap translating domain strategies into a unified plan.
• Own the ART program backlog sequencing decisions using WSJF and business value.
• Document features with hypotheses and acceptance criteria; oversee release readiness.
• Collaborate with domain Product Owners to keep backlogs current and traceable.
• Present roadmap priorities at PI Planning and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Manage capacity-priority conflicts and escalation to security leadership as needed.
• Gather input from Enterprise Security Architect and stakeholders to keep roadmap current.
• Coordinate with other ARTs and platform teams for alignment and integration.
