• Own the full software development lifecycle for the platform: architecture and design reviews, roadmap planning, code review, and on-call responsibility.
• Set technical direction, deliver across all workstreams, recruit and develop the team.
• Align research, engineering, and operational delivery across science and engineering peers.
• Lead model alignment, evaluation, and interaction patterns for auditable automated decisions.
