Job summary
Amazon Leo CT Anchor is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to own the technical vision and direction for mission-critical systems. You will lead an engineering team, drive architecture decisions, and push the boundaries of automation, stability, and release processes across multiple platforms.
The role requires strong distributed systems expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for building scalable, reliable software in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
- 7+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Own technical vision and direction: identify problems and develop solutions; embrace performance metrics and measurement techniques.
- Build and grow your team: be a key contributor on an engineering team that delivers results.
