Qualifications

• 2+ years of threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, software development, cryptography, system administration or network security.
• Progressive work experience in a software security team or related environment.
• Experience architecting, securing, and operating AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 5+ years in scripting, programming or security code review (Python/Java/C++).
• 5+ years of non-internship experience troubleshooting systems, analyzing logs, and mitigating security risks.
• Experience with offensive security including penetration testing, red teaming, or adversarial testing.

Responsibilities

• Be the single accountable security owner for every system the team builds and operates.
• Lead threat modeling and secure-design reviews before autonomous actions.
• Translate threat intelligence into detections, guardrails, and controls.
• Drive findings to closure with security gates in delivery cadence.
