Job summary

Twitch Security Platform builds and operates the technology at the intersection of security, privacy, software engineering, and data engineering. As a Senior Engineering Manager, Security Platform, you will guide a diverse group of software engineers to build critical tools and automation used across Twitch.

You will lead the full software development lifecycle from product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 3+ years as an engineering manager or team lead.
• Experience hiring and developing remote engineers.
• Experience leading an AI-first engineering team.
• Knowledge of AWS services, open source technologies, and ETL tools and data warehousing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse group of software engineers to build critical tools and automation.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable tooling and automation.
• Work with teams across Twitch on company-wide programs.
• Extend, scale, and redefine the Twitch Security Platform.
