Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Security Platform in Seattle, WA. You will guide a diverse team building tools and automation for security, privacy, and data engineering, overseeing the full SDLC from discovery to delivery.

You will scale the security data platform handling billions of events, collaborate across Twitch-wide programs, and mentor engineers, with opportunities to influence architecture and hire remote teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development.
• 3+ years as engineering manager or team lead.
• Experience hiring and developing remote engineers under your guidance.
• Experience gathering feedback from customers to inform engineering prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Attract, grow, and retain excellent software engineers.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable tooling and automation.
