Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Security Platform in Irvine, CA. You will guide a diverse group of engineers responsible for security data tooling, automation, and the data lake that supports security programs across the company.

You will drive product discovery, roadmaps, and execution with a focus on privacy, security, and scalable services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend and scale the Twitch Security Platform, mentoring engineers, and shaping

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development.
• 3+ years as an engineering manager or team lead.
• Knowledge of AWS services, open source technologies, and ETL tools and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience hiring and developing remote engineers under your guidance.
• Experience gathering feedback from customers to inform engineering prioritization.
• Experience in leading an AI-first engineering team.
