Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Security Platform group in New York. You will guide a diverse team of software and data engineers to build critical tools, automate security workflows, and scale systems that handle billions of events weekly.

You will own roadmaps from discovery to delivery, work with Fraud, Detection, and Privacy programs, and mentor engineers across remote and on-site teams. If you’re passionate about security at scale, join Twitch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development
• 3+ years as an engineering manager or team lead
• Knowledge of AWS services, open source technologies, and ETL tools and data warehousing solutions
• Experience hiring and developing remote engineers under your guidance
• Experience gathering feedback from customers to inform engineering prioritization
• Experience in leading an AI-first engineering team
