Job summary

Tusker provides managed security services, building and supporting security platforms that protect its clients. The role focuses on administering, monitoring, and maintaining customer-facing security platforms and OT while handling Tier 3 escalations and resolving complex issues with independence.

You will support upgrades, onboarding, and incident resolution with a security-first mindset, growing your platform engineering expertise with senior engineer support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or systems administration with strong Windows knowledge.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and security best practices.
