Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT, cybersecurity, systems administration, or platform engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise technology environments beyond Tier 1/2 responsibilities.
• Strong Windows knowledge and TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and support customer-facing security platforms and operational tech.
• Handle Tier 3 escalations by analyzing logs, configurations, and system behavior to identify root causes and restore service.
• Independently resolve technical issues within established procedures and elevate complex matters appropriately.
• Assist with planning and testing platform upgrades, patches, and releases with approved production changes.
• Support onboarding by configuring and validating platform components, agents, policies, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and automation through better processes and tools.
• Collaborate with SOC, Service Desk, IT Operations, vendors, and senior engineers to ensure security and stability.
