Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking an experienced Senior Security Administrator to support managed service customers with security configurations, system health monitoring, troubleshooting, and policy management.

Remote role requiring strong technical background in cloud, SaaS, or managed services environments, with a focus on Windows, Linux, and OSX, scripting in PowerShell or Bash, and solid customer communication skills. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and participate in customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX.
• Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
