Stifel is seeking an AI-Application Security Architect in St. Louis to lead enterprise AI/app security strategy and governance. You will partner with engineering, cloud security, and GRC to embed secure design across the SDLC and drive risk-aware innovation.

The role requires deep security expertise with AI, cloud-native architectures, and proven leadership in threat modeling and security controls implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in application security design and secure SDLC integration.
• Experience with OWASP, SANS, or NIST frameworks.
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI/app security strategies and architectures.
• Partner with engineering/DevOps to embed security across SDLC.
• Lead threat modeling and risk assessments for AI-enabled apps.
• Define secure architecture patterns and governance for AI platforms.
