Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• License requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; maintain situational awareness and safety protocols.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department in case of emergencies.
• Deter violations and enforce site rules such as loitering or unauthorized items.
• Investigate incidents; prepare reports and maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Deliver emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
