Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a security associate at the Orange Lake Resort in Florida. This role involves greeting guests, guiding them, monitoring the property, and supporting safety procedures across the resort.

You'll respond to accidents, document incidents, manage access, and coordinate with emergency services when needed. The position requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year driving experience, and a customer-focused mindset. Multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, at least three years of driving experience, and compliance with company motor vehicle policy standards.
• Strong customer service skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of standard safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide resort guidance, and offer directions to help them reach their destinations.
• Document visitors entering the property and support appropriate access procedures.
• Patrol the resort to help protect guests, employees, and company assets.
• Respond to accidents and injuries, administer first aid, and contact emergency services when necessary.
• Complete required injury documentation and assist with employee drug and alcohol testing when appropriate.
• Identify and engage suspicious individuals while supporting the orderly operation of the resort.
• Recognize and address safety hazards, cleanliness concerns, and other emergency situations according to department procedures.
• Dispatch calls appropriately and communicate clearly during incidents.

Role at a glance

• Location: Orange Lake Resort
• Schedule: Multiple shifts available, including morning/midshift from 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., second shift from 3:00–11:30 p.m., and overnight from 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Driver requirement: Valid driver’s license, at least one year of driving experience, and compliance with company motor vehicle policy standards
