Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures; document visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and complete reports.
• Observe and report hazards and unusual activity to management and leadership.
