Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Access Control Patrol Driver in Benton Harbor, MI. You will perform access control duties, monitor entrances, and patrol manufacturing and industrial sites while delivering strong customer service.

The role offers flexible DayTime shifts and a pay rate of $18.54 per hour, with opportunities for training, advancement, and a comprehensive benefits program through Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit at the location.
• Document observations, incidents, and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
