Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A background check is required by law.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the site and follow procedures for access-control and emergencies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and file reports.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
