Job summary

AURA is a security technology marketplace that connects businesses with on-demand, rapid response partners. We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Leader to scale vendor networks across multi-site projects in the US market.

You will recruit and onboard vetted security partners, manage regional accounts, monitor field activity, and support platform adoption through training and demos. This role requires travel within the market and strong relationship-building skills in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, vendor management, or multi-site field service (security preferred).
• Proven success managing regional accounts, service vendors, or field-based partnerships.
• Strong sense of ownership - drives results, meets goals, and moves things forward.
• Confident problem-solver with high accountability under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working within CRMs and updating records in real time.
• Bonus: Recruiting, onboarding, or supplier development experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard vetted security partners across your market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies to ensure high performance
• Monitor field activity, resolve service issues, and align partners to key performance metrics
• Support adoption of our platform through training, demos, and operational guidance
• Collaborate across internal teams to streamline processes and scale efficiently
• Travel regularly within your market to conduct client visits, supplier meetings, and platform demos
• Provide remote support for business operations in adjacent or emerging markets as needed
