AURA Technologies, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the Head of Operations and run day-to-day operations as the company scales for government contracts and commercial work.

Hybrid, full-time role located near Raleigh, NC, requiring U.S. citizenship. Key duties include project management, HR support, contracts lifecycle, and coordination with IT/ MSP partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations, business-management, or program-coordination experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination across disciplines.
• Experience across people operations and general HR—recruiting, onboarding, and staff support.
• Sound judgment under ambiguity; ability to act independently or elevate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bring strong project management to cross-functional initiatives and manage deadlines, scope, and deliverables.
• Support day-to-day operational, HR, and administrative needs with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate talent operations: staffing requirements, recruiting, onboarding, and paperwork.
• Support contracts lifecycle, including review, administration, tracking, and close-out for government and commercial agreements.
