Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor in Marlborough, MA to oversee guards, interview/train staff, manage schedules, and ensure policy compliance across client sites.

Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, conducting investigations, coordinating with clients, reviewing timekeeping/payroll, and producing operational reports to help maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of security experience with some management experience required.
• Prior hospital security experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV operations, and physical security best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interview and train new hire security personnel.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Develop employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage across both corporate sites.
• Manage timekeeping, payroll review, attendance, overtime, and employee leave requests.
• Foster employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
