Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Security Operator 3 to monitor access, coordinate with security leadership, and provide high-level customer service for employees and visitors across multiple campuses.

The role requires standing post, escorts, tours, and incident reporting while aligning with ITAR and facility procedures. A pre-employment background check and strong integrity are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of experience working in a customer service or facility security position.

Responsibilities

• Tracking special events and visits.
• Providing high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Interfacing with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring thorough knowledge and effective implementation of all access control, escort, and tour protocols and procedures for employees, customers, vendors, and guests at the company facilities.
• Coordinating with Security leadership and SPOC as necessary to initiate timely notifications and response measures for incidents or emergencies.
• Assisting emergency response personnel dispatched to the site.
• Monitoring site surveillance camera system.
• Preparing clear and concise written incident reports.
• Reporting maintenance, facility, and technology issues and alarms.
• Building collaborative relationships with other departments and leadership.
