Job summary

Epic Hosting is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join our SOC team near Madison, WI. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations across multiple teams, and recommend long-term process improvements to strengthen Epic's SaaS infrastructure for top healthcare clients.

Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed, and the role offers comprehensive benefits, stock grants, annual raises, bonuses, and global healthcare. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Knowledge of log analysis and security monitoring.
• Security certifications are a plus (e.g., GSEC, SSCP, ECSA, Security+).
• Experience with PowerShell is helpful.
• Familiarity with AD and access management is a plus.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area is reimbursed.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or preference.
