Job summary

Epic Hosting seeks a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for large healthcare clients. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations, and drive long-term process improvements across multiple teams.

You’ll stay informed on threats and propose solutions while supporting Epic’s hosting environment. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying security events in a SOC environment.
• Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and DLP.
• Ability to implement long-term security process improvements and stay current on threats.

Responsibilities

• Identify security events and coordinate investigation and response across teams.
• Implement long-term process improvements to security operations.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting systems.
