Job summary

Pacific Security in Olympia, WA seeks a Security Operations Supervisor to oversee staffing, scheduling, guard monitoring, and payroll/billing lock ups. This role requires precision, initiative, and strong follow‑up skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain timekeeping, coordinate schedules, and coordinate with the recruitment team while supporting training needs and client requirements across sites. Strong English skills and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in administrative/office management.
• At least 2 years customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to become an authorized driver.
• Ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules for Security Officers at least two weeks in advance.
• Monitor timekeeping and call employees on missed check-ins/outs immediately.
• Lock up shifts weekly; verify discrepancies in schedule daily.
• Communicate recruitment needs to Operations Manager and recruitment team.
• Administer disciplinary actions including warnings and terminations.
• Process payroll and billing lockups.
• Maintain regular communication with Security Officers about pay and scheduling.
• Manage overtime and timekeeping within policy.
• Support cross-site training and plan succession with the Operations Manager.
