Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional security experience.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills with team motivation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, threat analysis and emergency planning.
• Proficient in MS Office and security management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security team operations and supervise administrative duties.
• Serve as SME for camera and access control systems at the site.
• Contribute to site supervision and management team activities.
• Develop and enforce security policies to protect assets.
• Conduct routine risk Assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor surveillance and respond to incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage reporting and KPIs.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll tracking and training oversight.
• Investigate incidents and produce improvement reports.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate security into operations.
