Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client location. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service.

The role requires at least 2 years of security and supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain any required state licenses. Orientation and training are provided, with a morning shift for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels or as designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect security personnel and their performance on shift to ensure quality.
