Job summary

Allied Universal in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking a Security Site Supervisor for HOA Access Control – Unarmed. You will supervise the delivery of security services on a specific shift and coordinate with the Account Manager and field teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Your role includes coaching staff, enforcing contract standards, and maintaining safety programs while delivering professional service to the client and community. A valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Driving Positions: valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowerment guidelines.
• Enforce contract standards and safety programs at client site.
• Prepare reports and logs for the client site.
