Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS-SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Impeccable attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
• Ability to interpret documents to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Proficient with MS Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift personnel for facilities/posts.
• Inform Program Manager of issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain clear liaison between Constellis and the client.
• Enter employee timesheets weekly in Deltek Costpoint.
• Create schedules two months out, coordinating vacations and coverage.
• Be trained on all posts and perform related post duties.
• Provide relief staffing and callout coverage as needed.
• Perform QA/QC inspections of posts using daily duty logs.
• Review SOPs quarterly and suggest improvements.
• Counsel/discipline staff per policy and recommend actions as needed.
• Serve as Acting Program Manager during PTO.
• Other duties as assigned.
