Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Site Supervisor in the United States to lead a cross-functional team and ensure staffing across multiple security posts. You will monitor detection and CCTV systems, visitor processing, and administrative services while coordinating with the Program Manager and client.

A thorough background and TS-SCI with Full Scope Polygraph are required. The role includes creating schedules, managing timesheets in Deltek Costpoint, and performing QA/QC inspections.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active TS-SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) before applying.
• Minimum of two (2) years management experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and multitask with little assistance.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.
• Ability to interpret documents and ensure all rules and SOPs are applied.
• Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.

• Ability to work in an MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine oversight of the shift personnel for the applicable facilities/posts.
• Keep the Program Manager's office informed of all potential problems or issues and provide workable solutions.
• Clear communication and amicable liaison between Constellis and the client.
• Site Supervisor will input employee timesheet information into Deltek Costpoint weekly.
• Create weekly schedules for a minimum of 2 months out, coordinating with personnel on contract.
• Be trained on all posts and perform duties of Alarm Monitor Technician, Global Monitor Technician, and/or Visitor Center Technician.
• Provide relief services, staff posts, and/or handle callouts through coordination with appropriate personnel.
• Perform Quality Assurance & Quality Control Inspections of each post by reviewing daily duty logs.
• Review SOPs quarterly for each post and recommend improvements.
• Counsel/discipline employees as needed per policy; recommend suspension or termination for serious violations.
• Able to serve as Acting Program Manager when Program Manager is on PTO.
• Other duties, as assigned.
