Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing security operations at a complex facility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing guard staff and driver license required.
• Ability to multi-task and be responsive in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous, customer-service demeanor and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Act on behalf of the Project Manager in his/her absence.
• Monitor attendance and disciplinary issues of staff.
• Administer a driver safety/awareness program and related training.
• Prepare weekly operation summary reports and post-incident reports.
• Maintain post orders and ensure copies are available at all times.
• Conduct specialized security training as directed.
• Establish performance measures for services and productivity.
• Attend daily briefings and report status of posts and staffing.
• Recommend policy and procedural enhancements.
• Supervise use of EGTM and prepare daily reports as required.
• Be on call 24 hours a day to support operations.
• Dress in business attire while on duty.
