Job summary

Qualifications

• Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products using MS Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
• Able to use data to monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and time management skills.
• Experience in a supervisory role within an office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts employing Inter-Con employees.
• Keep the VP of Operations apprised of contract performance by communicating status of compliance and deficiencies.
• Support the VP of Operations operational decision-making process.
• Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives to improve operations capabilities.
• Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports for executive level review.
• Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training are met.
