The ideal candidate should have a degree in Criminal Justice and a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in security. The role offers a base salary of $85K plus benefits including medical insurance, paid vacation, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in law enforcement or contract security.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Previous MARSEC, NRC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Security Officers and Supervisors.
• Ensure high quality security services at client sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Handle escalated security issues appropriately.
• Conduct annual reviews for onsite staff.
