Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems installation, service, or management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with burglar, access control, and surveillance systems including ELK, DSC, Honeywell, Concord, Networx, Avigilon, and UniFi.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing complex or multi-site projects.
• Strong customer service experience with residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security team, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee daily security operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Perform hands-on security work including installation, programming, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage security sales leads and referrals, from initial client contact through proposal and close.
• Coordinate security projects with Project Managers, Service Managers, Sales, Design, and other teams.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed on all security work.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, trade partners, and internal teams.
