Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee the allocation and orchestration of personnel and materials for installing Video Surveillance and Access Control systems across Washington state.

You will develop and enhance capabilities to ensure associates can perform installations to plan and meet requirements. Responsibilities include planning and supervising installation activities, procuring equipment, preparing progress and expense reports, evaluating system

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training from a two-year electronic trade school.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience installing electrical and electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, schedule, supervise, and manage all installation activities to meet timelines.
• Verify and confirm procurement of equipment for installations to minimize delays.
• Prepare detailed progress and expense reports for management.
• Assess system performance and reliability, reducing malfunctions.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on industry standards and developments.
• Communicate changes in standards or procedures to staff and customers.
• Develop workforce size and structure to efficiently handle subscriber workloads.
