Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead the organization’s Security Operations Center on a hybrid schedule. You will oversee cybersecurity monitoring, incident investigation, and response within a Cisco-based environment, aligning with IT, risk, and compliance teams.

You will manage a SOC team (4 reports), develop playbooks and metrics, and communicate security risks to senior leadership while advancing detection capabilities and prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, security operations, or related IT security roles.
• 3+ years managing or leading a SOC.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, Cisco security technologies.
• Experience developing security operations procedures, incident response playbooks, detection strategies, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
