Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT security, including 3+ years supervising direct reports.
Experience developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead the Security Operations Center and threat detection program.
Manage incident response planning and readiness.
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and architectural references.
Oversee logs, monitoring, and 24/7 threat monitoring and incident coordination.
Coach and develop a high-performing IT security team and establish KPIs.
