Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience with supervision in security.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to qualify and be issued a security officer license in all areas under command.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate supervisory staff to oversee day-to-day site security operations.
• Oversee onboarding including interviews, candidate selection, training, licensure, and paperwork.
• Train supervisors on software systems, guidelines, and policies; ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate payroll, billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
• Conduct on-site audits under the Quality Assurance program.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to set goals and communicate them to staff.
• Work with Sales/Marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.
