Marksman Security Corporation in Toledo, OH, is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee a client site on the assigned shift. You will lead a team of officers, coordinate scheduling, training, and performance, and ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of supervisory security experience, a valid security license if required, and the ability to pass background checks.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of prior satisfactory employment as a security officer supervisor or related experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Language: English proficiency required; bilingual considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report directly to Director and/or Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management.
• Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect.
• Assist in training and post-specific safety programs per client standards.
• Maintain access control procedures and utilize CCTV/visitor systems as needed.
• Observe and manage incidents, conduct general patrols, and document observations.
