Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee client-site operations on the assigned shift. You will report to Site Director/Management and lead a team of security officers, coordinating scheduling, training and development to deliver high-quality services that protect people and property.

You will manage incident responses, maintain logs, ensure access control/CCTV, and uphold post orders with a strong focus on safety, professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report directly to Director and/or Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training and development.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff through performance coaching and training.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for site management.
• Maintain access control procedures and monitor CCTV systems.
